Northgate Village is a project 5 years in the making. 

Northgate Village will be a wonderful icon for the city of Orem when completed. It will have approximately 450 thousand square feet of commercial/retail space to attract large corporations and franchises to the city and bring more jobs to the residents of Orem.  With up to 700 condominiums to be built, Northgate Village will bring a new level of value living to the city.
